Coronation in Tamil Nadu has increased to 20,246.
A total of 874 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus overnight. This includes 141 people from overseas and overseas (135 in Maharashtra, 3 in Kerala, 1 in Telangana, 1 in Karnataka and one in West Bengal). The total number of casualties in Tamil Nadu increased to 20,246.
Number of casualties past 150:
Nine people died in Tamil Nadu today. The total number of casualties has risen to 154. Of the dead, seven were from Chennai, one from Chengalpattu district and one from Tiruvallur district.
Discharge count past 11,000:
In Tamil Nadu today, 765 people who were affected by coronation returned home. So far, the number of people healed in Tamil Nadu has increased to 11,313. There are currently 8,776 people receiving treatment.

Of the 20,246 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Tamil Nadu, 12,737 are men and 7,504 are women. Another 5 people are also affected. A total of 4,66,550 samples have been tested across Tamil Nadu and 11,334 samples have been tested in the state, the Health Department said.

The maximum number of casualties in Tamil Nadu has been increased to 13,362, following the coronation of 618 people in Chennai today.
Coronavirus confirmed to 61 people today. Thus, the number of coronal casualties so far has touched 10 thousand.
