Oral sex Can it cause female genital herpes?

Research published in the journal PLoS Biology has shown that oral sex can lead to bacterial genital herpes (PV).

Oral sex Can it cause female genital herpes?

Bacterial genital herpes is not a sexually transmitted disease. It is only due to the imbalance of bacteria normally found in the female genitalia.

Women with this condition have no symptoms. But, for some people the liquid comes out with a strong odor.

Researchers are still struggling to gather enough evidence before reaching the final conclusions about the pathogenesis of germs in the female genitals.

What is bacterial genital herpes?
This disease is not normally of concern. But this must be treated regularly. Women with bacterial genital herpes are more likely to develop sexually transmitted diseases and urinary tract infections. If the woman is pregnant, there is a chance that the baby will be born prematurely.

How do you know if you have this disease?
It is a very common disease. People with this condition may have abnormal fluid discharge (bleaching) and severe rot.  The liquid is grayish white in color and has a low density, followed by watery discharge. The doctor will recommend a laboratory test to find out if you have bacterial genital herpes.

If there is an infection, it can be treated with antibiotic tablets, gels or creams.

What did the new research find?
Women who do not have bacterial genital herpes are more likely to have lactobacilli, a "good" bacterium that maintains high acidity and lowers pH. Sometimes due to its balance, the female organ gets the conditions for other microbes to live.

The cause of this is not fully known. But women can get bacterial genital herpes for the following reasons:

If you have a lot of sexual activity (but it also happens to women who do not have sex)

When you change the sexual partner

If the contraceptive device is fitted in the female organ

Because of the use of scented products on or around the female organ

The PLoS Biology article states that the bacteria that cause gum disease in the mouth and the bacteria that form in the mouth when the tooth is the property create the optimal environment for the disease.

To study the effectiveness of the bacteria, the researchers compared the female organ with the female organ and mice.

Fusobacterium nucleatum, a bacterium found in the mouth of humans, can help other bacteria to grow in the area affected by female genital herpes.

Dr. Amanda Lewis, a researcher at the University of California, Berkeley and her colleagues say the findings show that oral sex can cause female genital herpes.

Experts have already said that female genital herpes can be caused by sexual intercourse and intercourse between women.

Professor Claudia Estcord, spokeswoman for the British Association for Sexual Health and HIV, said such research was important in understanding bacterial genital herpes.

"It's difficult to understand because bacterial genital herpes is caused by a number of factors," he said.

He said oral sex can lead to sexually transmitted infections and bacterial infections, which may or may not be important in other health conditions.
